Greater Albuquerque Habitat for Humanity builds and sells homes in partnership with low-income families who are willing to work hard to become homeowners. In addition, Habitat works with existing low-income homeowners in Albuquerque neighborhoods to do home repairs so that they can continue to live in safe and affordable homes.
Are you low-income and interested in becoming a first time homeowner? Read over our program qualifications and if you feel that you meet all the criteria to become a Habitat homeowner you can add your name to the Inquiry List. Once your name has been added you will be notified when the next application window opens and how to apply.
Greater Albuquerque Habitat for Humanity offers home repair services to low income homeowners so they can continue to live in safe, decent, affordable homes for years to come. Some of our home services include painting, landscaping, and minor exterior repair to preserve home exteriors.
