Way to go Women Build ABQ Teams!

“Women Build is about more than building a house, it’s about building a secure foundation for the future” ~ First Lady Liz Kistin Keller during the #WomenBuild kick-off.

Teams were hard at work during Women Build Week ABQ, held May 5-12, 2018. Nearly 100 women (and a few good men) volunteered at the Mesa del Rio job site, building a decent, safe, affordable home where new Habitat Homeowner Nicole and her daughter will live.

Since the beginning of the year, these amazing Women Build teams have been raising money to help off-set the cost of building a Habitat home. See the Women Build ABQ fundraising progress and support their efforts!
