Being a Lunch Box Builder is a great opportunity for families, schools, churches, businesses and civic groups to give back to those that do the heavy lifting. To become a Lunch Box Builder you schedule a Wednesday or Saturday to provide a lunch that will feed 40 volunteers. Lunch Box Builders bring the lunch to the job site by 11am, help set up and serve the meal.

Benefits for Donating:

Donate lunch for the volunteer construction crew and receive the following:

  • Your organization’s name on display at the construction site on your lunch day seen by 25-45 volunteers
  • Your organization’s name in one email which reaches about 4,000 volunteers and donors
  • Your organization listed on the Lunch Box Builder web page for a year
  • Recognition in a newsletter mailed to about 10,000 Habitat volunteers and donors
  • Invitation to attend home dedications and your organization’s name in the dedication program
